crf450 weak spark?

Using a 05 crf450r frame with 04 trx450r subframe with 86 atc250r forks(wanted inverts, but on a college budget) and 05 trx450r modified swinger and linkage with peps valved 400ex shock with custom mount.
05 CRF450R motor w/kibble whites
07 RMZ450r FCR carb

Got my motor in my frame finally. Using an 05 CRF450r motor. The guy i bought it from said that is has 2 hours on rebuild and new head with kibble white stainless valves in it. Fed with an fcr off an 07 rmz450 carb with 05 crf450 electronics. It has spark, but seems week. I cannot get it to even try to start at all. It back fired once, but that was as close as I have gotten to even a sputter. Tested the stator with a digital meter and checks along with the coil. Any way that I can test the cdi?
any other ideas are more than welcome.

checked all the wires for continunity today and found no broken wires cleaned the ground and all connections and used dielectric grease on all plugs. I haven't ever messed with iridium plugs before but the spark sill seems very weak. Does anyone have specs for what the electronics should test at?

problem solved, my throttle cable was too tight and flooding it everytime. Runs amazing now. Just rode around the block due to no air box, but tomorrow going to get that ironed out and try it out on some local trails before I head to waynoka
