Neutral light out and will not start.

I have a 98 Honda 300. It's neautral light is out and it will not crank or kick start. New cylanoid and starter works. I don't have any ideas. Any help would be great. Thanks

Have you checked your battery connections?

do you have any loose connections? you could have blown your fuse, change your fuse and see if it happens again.
