do stock R shocks have compression ad rebound adj?

im a 400 guy but want R shocks but was told they only have preload adj not compression or rebound adj. is that true?

r shocks hav both comp and rebound. dont think an r rear will fit on a 400 though. u can make the fronts fits.

you can mont the 450r rear on a 400ex i rode one with a 450r rear shock and i really really liked it more than the stock shock on my 400ex
it takes a 450r linkage also i think
