I'm with him, my freind ran a LRD setup on his 400ex, and i ran a Saprks setup on my 400ex, we were basically equal

Same but since you have to pick one. I would go with Sparks. It a little more expensive but for the extra money you will get that little bit more.

I know LRD can make some wicked fast 250r's...but I never saw how well a Sparks Motor does.

Duncan also has some awesome 250r motors. The PC2000 hauls. The LRD 265 powervalve is awesome too. The Sparks is also very fast. You won't go wrong with any of those 3. ESR would also be a great motor.

jeremiah jones is runnin a sparks 265powervalve....i guess that tells you how good it performs.....

i just dont know which guys cause i heard lrd is bad *** also....

It might have been the riders, but hte PC2000's werent really amazing to me at my last race. I beat the both of them, on my EX. You could look at the PSI 265...since I have the 425 :p

I'm sure the rider helps CHEF. Most Pro's run Sparks, LRD, or Duncan. Sparks you could have a wait, but I think LRD and Duncan don't have much of one....
