400 rear fender on 250x

will 400ex rear fender fit on my 89 250x wich is the same as {300ex}? i will be using my 250x seat.

NO, not with the 250X seat. You must use a 400EX seat and cut off the front brackets and raise them up with a homemade bracket. Read my post.
