Linkage w/ Stock Shock?

Just wondering what your guys' thoughts on running an aftermarket linkage with a stock shock is. Good, bad?

i have the gtt link with my stock shock and it is a must!

Only reason im changing mine now is for a longer swingarm. My 04's 3/4 of inch shorter than the 07 I picked up off ebay. I need a longer shock an new link for that swinger to work right on my 04.

From stock to the derisi setup I got so much faster on my R. It does work really well if your precise when they ask your weight and riding style for your stock shock setup, if you need to not revalve it with a new link, dont think it'll work nearly as well. Just my .02$
