lt80 top end

what are my options for repairing/replacing the top end on an lt80?

does someone sell a complete kit? do I need machining done?

this will not be a race quad.

I use and recommend Suzuki parts.
If your LT has been around the block as many times as most, then you will need to get the next size piston and have the cylinder bored to that piston.

thanks LT80, where do you suggest I go to get next size piston etc. does someone sell a top end kit for these bikes that is bolt-on and go? If you cant mention names please pm me - thanks!


yes, these bikes have been around awhile - the current owner has the top end already off and said it needs to be bored out w/ new piston installed.
