I went for a ride yesterday afternoon. About 5 minutes into the ride I hit
a open farm field, and rip through the gears. WOT six gear all of a sudden
coolant starts spraying out the right side, under the fuel tank. It dies, It looks
like the coolant backed up into the reservoir, and shot out the cap. The plug is wet, with more than just fuel. I look under the bike, there is a puddle
of coolant on the floor under the ESR T5 pipe. Right where the pipe seam fits.
It still has 150psi compression. I don't think it bent or broke anything, it kicks
over fine. What do you think, head gasket? Thanks.

Are you running a stock or aftermarket motor and what head are you running? I would very much guess you have a head gasket problem. Have you taken your top end off?

I'm running a +3mm bore, with a ESR head, pump gas insert.
I'm going home now to take the head off. I'll post results.

I'm waiting for ESR to open, so I can call. It's a ESR head on a
stock cylinder.
