in my 400ex the bearings needed to be replaced so i took a socket and a sledge and knocked the center crap out instead of the entire bearing:rolleyes: so now the outer part is stuck in the frame and i have no idea wtf to do:confused:...any of you have any suggestions other than buying a new frame............borrowed this picture from the how 2's to give an idea what it looks like.

If you got a welder handy then just run a bead around the outer race on the inside of the brg. race! When it cools it will fall out! Running a bead around the inside shrinks the race enough to just let it fall out! Done this to thousands of brg. races at work! Good luck!

i wonder if i could take a dremel type thing and cut it in a few spots so it would fall out?

get a welder and weld 3 or 4 spots in the race and it will shrink and pop out
