, I recently purchased HMF dobeck fuel controller, I installed it and was awaiting results, I realy didn't notice any difference. So today I rechecked all the plug ins and read the installation manuel, As a experiment I put all the low, mid, and high to level 8 on the fuel controller, I rode it and notice no difference, so then I changed the fuel to all 0 and noticed no difference, I'm lost I dont know if my controller is broken or connecters are ruined , I checked the connections and are right compared to the instructrions, on my ds 450 when i turn the key on(engine not started yet) red lights flash and red lights flash green, red, green, red....., when i turn the engine on the green lights flash through the dots ??Is it right please reply with your thoughts....with a powercommander did you notice any power gains

I had the Dobeck with my Raptor and it was a POS, and a lot harder to control and make work than the PCIII. I was able to fine tune my raptor on the dyno with the PCIII with ease. I was able to gain +- 2-5 hp just by working the f/a mixture.

PCIII is the way to go IMO.

Sorry about your Dobek issues, but I had a similar experience with my 700xx.

Exactly... For an outlander, that's like putting foam filter oil on a KN filter!!! Shop around on varous sites and use member discount codes on forums, that's how I got my PClll for $380.00
