footpegs and shifter

i have an 05 400ex and i was wondering if a shifter , a brake pedal, or footpegs from a 450r would fit?

The footpegs work, idk about the shifter but my guess is no. The brake pedal def not.

we tried putting our a arms and pegs from our 400 to our 450 and we had to switch everything around, a realy pain in the but, might as well buy the aftermarket stuff
