OEM '89 250R hood

looking for a white factory hood (with headlight) for 89 250R - must be in perfect condition...

Honda doesnt make these anymore :(

it took me about a year and a half to find one in perfect condition. I saw a new one (hood only) on ebay a while back and I was out bid at $300 don't remember what it ended up selling for. you may find a maier pretty easy. good luck on your search. if you are doing a restoration and looking for parts let me know, I have been working on one for quite a while and have 2 or 3 of some parts just trying to find some fo the discontinued parts in perfect shape or that can be refinished to look new.

Much to my shagrin, I ordered a Maier hood a couple of days ago to get me by until I find what I'm looking for. Sounds like the perfect OEM hood is gonna be a needle in the haystack!
