DRR 70 limited exhaust

On a DRR 07 70 Limited can an aftermarket exhaust be added without any other mods?
And if so would it increase performance?


Ex. Mods: Airsal Racing Kit, Malossi Clutch, Keihin Carb, Koso intake, Uni filter

Will need to be rejetted, and if you have the airtube snorkle, switch to a direct bolt on Uni filter with an outerwear
