Ice strom

How many got last nights ice strom? Must have 1/3 inch of ice here , it's a little dark yet but the power lines coming to the house are a little low. Lost power for about 3 hrs I'm sure some people still without most likely from a number trees down.

lol If you could send some sun and warmth this way , Just got back from taken my son and 2 of his friends to Greek Peak so they could go snowboarding the towns I had to go through still have no power and everything covered in ice with the weather calling for 2 to 3 inches of snow now

Thats what I luv about cali... go 30-60 mins one way and your in the snow... 30-60 mins the other your at the ocean.. 30-60 mins another and your in the desert... lol

we got about an 1/2 inch of ice pellets school is still on i just didnt go, i still remember the ice storm of '93......that was a doozy

I would love to have that down here but I'm sure I would get tired of it ASAP. Even when I roll to the snow to go boarding I am glad to make my way down the hill to a 65-70 degree day.

we got about 1/4 of an inch of ice with a little snow on top down here in the southern hudson valley area. were soposed to get 6-10 inches tonight. anyone else here about it?

I did have to put on a sweatshirt this morning... It was freezing here.. about 50 degrees.....

Shyt I'm used to hot weather... In Glamis last week it was getting down to high 30's at night... dazzzmn I was freezing...

We got a good half inch of ice. Another storm starting around midnight. 1-2" by morning. Ending SATURDAY morning 6-10" total. WOW I'm tired of plowing and sanding already for the season and we got 2-3 months to go:(
