400ex tire/wheel questions

are 400ex and 450r wheels interchangable? and what is the name of the stock tire off 400ex's and 250r's?? i"m thinking its a dunlop kt something, but i'm not sure. I've heard lots of people say that tires hooks up just as good, if not better than a lot of the more expensive tires. any other advice???

Yes the wheels are interchangeable. Those tires may work well but I don't think I would buy them rather than a better performing and more durable tire...

the wheels will work. the tires are called ohtsu radials, and yes they hook very well. thats the only tire i will run on my trail bike.
