key switch by pass ?

dose anyone know witch wires you need to cross to have the key switch in the on position. thanks

just un-plug the key switch and leave it alone... it will run without it but your headlight wont work.

The fan won't work either.

You splice the red and black together.

Yes and the 2 remaining wires (green and black with a white stripe) can be hooked up to a teather kill switch. Make sure if you hook up a kill switch that the green goes to the metal part of the switch and the black with the white stripe goes to the plunger If you do it the other way you will get the shock of your life if you touch the switch

Then you are missing something or looking in the wrong place. There should be a red, green, black and black with a white stripe.

im lookin at the quick connect at the top of the steering stem

There should be 4 wires conig out of the back of the key switch.

I cut the four wires from the key switch and spliced the red and black together....now it won't start. Should I have done something with the remaining two wires?
