jetting questions

so i have an 03 400ex.

i live in indiana

i had a full sparks on it, and jetted it how i was told on here.
well recently my airbox shattered, and i decided it made more since to get a uni filter instead of new airbox.

without the airbox with stock filter it ran sluggish, especcialy at low rpms.

now with no airbox and a uni it runs alot better.

should i rejet to whatever the normal would be for these mods or leave it as it is.

sounds like it was to rich before and now its running betterr
does it backfire or bog at all?
