Hey guys I am thinking about upgrading my carb but want to keep my stock boots. What is the biggest carb I can run with out needing adaptors to fit the air box and factory intake? Also what carb do you guys reccomend? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dustin

a 36 fits easily but a 38-39 can fit if your boots are still supple and pliable, by boiling it in water to soften it up enough to get over the 38-39, If you go with the 36, a 35 pwk or 36 pj are both good carbs if your stuff is good enough to go for the 38, the pwk 38 AS is the way to go, as long as your motor is ready for that much carb!

Thanks for the info. My motor has a CT330 kit so I think it should be able to handle it fine. I just wasnt sure what the best route to take was. I think I will try 38 Air Stryker and see how it works. My boots are still pretty supple so hopefully I can get it to fit.

I have a 38mm PJ and managed to pop it into a stock boot tonight just fine w/o hot water. It took a few choice words and pop...fit right in.
