Rear Brake Trouble

What would cause a rear brake not to work hardly at all ??? I changed the pads and the fluids full.... Rotors a lil warped but what Im describing is that the pads dont even engage.... Can you adjust the pedal???

master cylinder. it was a problem on the 08's. bring it to the dealer.
