2006 ltr 450 risers

I have a 2006 ltr 450 and i was wondering if i have to get new cables or cable extensions in order to raise my bars... I only want them raised like 2-3 inches or something like that but i don't really want to do it if i have to get all new cables... Your help is appreciated.

hey man, i put a tag bar kit with risers on mine when i got it, and i had to get new cables....kind of a pain, but way nicer if your somewhat tall...(like me...6'7")...or, if you havent got nerfs yet, most propegs...lower the pegs an inch or so, which changes your riding position like the bars do...

i have a set of flexx bars and i had to get bigger adapters for the larger diameter(sp?) bars. they end up raiseing the bars almost like +1 STEM. good luck
