Can you put the cylinder and head back on if the air intake tubes are all mounted?

You are talking about the snorkle tubes not you carb to reeds correct?

the intake all you have to do is take the bolt out of the airbox and lift up about an inch and pull back, it should move back about an inch.

You have to take the silencer off, and you have to take the bolts out of the expansion chamber and pull it foreward a bit. Then the cylinder should come right off.

Sorry guys, I guess I should have clarified better.

I already have my cylinder and piston off; waiting for that to come back from machine work. Just bought an airbox & snorkle tubes off ebay; cleaned 'em up and want to put 'em on.

If I install all the snorkel tubes, will it be impossible to fit the cylinder back in and get to the nuts?

yes i believe its possible. but i would wait just in case.
