Just bought this a month ago....KFX 400.
Two questions:

#1 What is the little nub that is hitting the handlebars, whats it for?

#2 Is it ok if it rubs like in the pics?

its a nuetral switch, you don't even need it on there as long as you pull in the clutch when you start the bike lol
