Question on G Force axle? Spacing...

I bought this 4 wheeler with the axle already installed.
I'm not totally sure how to space the wheels in and out but it looks like I would just move the spacer or spacers to the outside of the hub, which would push the hub in farther, and then install the axle nut...yes/no?

If no...please explain?

Yeah you just put it on the outside to make it shorter and put them on the inside to make it wider.
