I got that battery in my 463 stroker. It is worth getting over the stock replacement. :)

That about right, I got my battery for around $60. It is the exact same size at the stock batter. My Honda dealer gives me a heck of a discount. Then again they should for the amount of stuff I get from them.
I left my quad outside on night over Christmas shutdown, not that I wanted to. It started right up when I got on it. I think it got down to the low 20's that night. The only time I have had problem with it starting is when I have to motor good and warm. Then the cylinder pressure is pretty high, and 13:1 compression, so it is hard to roll over. I am putting a manual decompression lever off a XR400 to help out in those conditions.

"and a 440 the 440 snapped a rod in half, and came out the case causin me to buy new cases.....not bad for bein 17 "

TRX 465what kind of compression where you running it that 440 to throw the rod? where you using aftermaket rev box ?and finally what motor oil where you running? >>>>>>> All this talk about 440 explodeing the bottom end is making me consider buying a new cylinder and going back to the stock cylinder and selling my kit on ebay.

u must like wasting money with a 465 big bore kit, y didnt u just by a crf 450r engine and put it in for half the price. Over all its a better engine then a non relieble 465 that runs to hot. y dont u throw a turbo on now.

ummm...465stroker(rick cecco) ran a 465 for over 2 seasons of gncc without any problems at all....and he aint easy on quads. he ran a 90 minute race 2 weeks ago with a hole the size of yer fist in the crank case...oh btw...he finished 2nd;)

465's can be reliable if they are built right... And putting a CRF in there would be a lot more expensive then you think....

The cheapest I have seen a CRF is $3,200. You will not find one for $2,000. That doesn't include buying a Frame for the CRF, or modding the Stock one...

I didnt spend $3,000 maybe like $1,500 if that and thats includeing new cases....sparks didnt build my motor i just got some parts sleeve, piston..etc oh and also a local shop gave me biggg discounts.... from them and then i had other people and other mods performed....and its lasted a pretty good amount of time and i beat the **** out of it...im stroking it 6mm after this dune season as well.....
