exhuast & intake cam

Would like to know what setting to have the intake & exhaust cam's set at to get the performance as the 2 wheel 450.I have up graded exhaust & opened up filter for more air.Were would i look to see pictures of setting the cam's up! Already know how to set up stock but want more !I have a 2006 yfz 450!

I think that if you retart the intake or exhaust cam one tooth on those they ran better. I can't remember which one right now though. Somebody else should validate this.
