cracked lsr carrier

got a new one since this, havent put it in yet, cause this ones still working, the bearings are goin, but not bad yet, might as well get what i can out of it, but.. i remember reading a thread a while back, and there was a senior member that mentioned how the stock carriers crack... cause theyre cast (i think). and how if you get an aftermarket one, since theyre billet, theyre alot stronger, and they dont crack, that he's never seen an aftermarket carrier crack... just wanted to put this out there for you guys.. frickin crazy... it is lsr... but it dont look billet, it looks cast if u ask me, maybe u can get cast carriers from lsr? i think i've seen em on ebay, but this one says lsr right on it.. but i just got all hooked up with photobucket, so i can start puttin pics on here, when i need to. well here it is guys.. lol

You can get both cast and billet carriers from LSR, that kinda looks like a cast one but the pic aint the greatest.

yeah, looks cast to me too, in the crack, well u cant see but, in there, it looks like cast metal, u know the look. anyway, put it back in, bearings arent bad, got a brand new billet one, just waiting for a bearing to go in the old one. plus the cracked ones still alright, so kinda gives me a reason not to tear the whole thing apart again.. lol
