Has anyone bought parts from honda2324??

I paid him for the FCR Carb and have not received it yet and he won't respond to pm's. He sent me a pm that he received the check and would send the carb out on 5/9 and he said he would send out the carb on Monday 5/11
Any info would be appreciated
