It seems to take of ok in the mud. Couldn't tell in the first video.

I was trying to hear it run but there was a obnoxious 4 stroke running somewhere.

What are you looking to gain in the clutchs?

I am trying to gain takeoff speed off the line with the clutch...It goes good once it gets going but from a short distance you can't maintain enuogh speed to clear a jump

I caled them last week and they said they are about 2 weeks out before they are ready...need a quick turn around time too...I can try lighter rollers in the front I guess...should I also go with stiffer springs?

We just got a new Z 90 and diffrent size gear to use as a loner-rental quad at our local MX club. This is a non profit effort to atrackt new members to the sport and our club, how ever we have 2 dads in the club looking to get moore power out of their sons Z90 so please keep posting your progres as it goes along.

Are springs and rollers interchangable with other brands aftermarket parts?

Well not sure where to find lighter roller weights as they are 20mmx15mm which I have been told is unheard of???

OK fellers, I'll give up some info.
I think the Z90 clutchs are the same type clutchs as the kasea/eton/etc.
If you look at the parts fiche, they look exactly the came.
This is why neveready has rollers.
So if I'm right, there are plenty of mods available.
That being the case, get lighter rollers and a spring kit for the rear.

we have run the Z90 since it hit the market a couple years ago and we waited long and patiently for the aftermarket stuff to come through... I really hope it's that easy. If someone finds that it works please share it here. New Z90 owners out there may show up here looking for information.

lol, its kinda like you have to spend a little money on R&D just to see if something works. Been there! If its true that some of that stuff works on the Z90,then watch out! The flood gate has been opened!
