LTR450 2008 technical motor help

hi guys,

i'm in kind of a dead end, and need some real technical help.

i bought an LTR450 2008 few month ago and think i got it with factory problems, and i will explain:

as soon as i got in stock form, i checked fluids and oil and stated the engine, and then notice that the header is half way hot and red.

i changed the header and exhaust to a full system yoshimora RS5 and still it was half way red.

i change the header and exhaust back to the stock and start riding, did three fuel tanks and then the real problem arrived...the engine broke(cylinder, valve)!

i changed the cylinder, valve and rings (complete repair) and still the header was hot and red!

the engine start with no problem and doesn't heat.

we did also valve check, no problem!

the CDI also ok...

don't know what to do next.....:confused:



the bike was bought in the US but shipped to israel so we cannot go to the dealer :devil:



i will really appreciate some technical advice.

if your letting the bike sit there and idle for a long time it will do that.

The exhaust coming red it's normal.Mine does that when I do night riding.

the problem is that no, after i repaired the engine, the header is all the way red and hot and i'm afraid it will brooke again.
