hi all, benn a while since i've been here. but if anyone has any clue to whats going on with this thing please help. situation is went riding saturday, daughter started out ,rode for about 5 min, then just quit running, tried to restart it and nothing. looked at the teather kill switch an all is good, i even bypassed it.about 5-10 min went by and started again, rode not even 5 min and quit again. did this 3 times then pulled back to trailer. later that day started right up ???????? oh yeah when it would quit it cranked over kind of weak but only when warm let it cool and cranks fine , bat is brand new 3 days old. cuoul i have a problem with the coil when it gets hot???
Maybe the CDI/coil but I'm thinking it's a plugged pipe.
Heat it up in a fire/charcoal till it's red hot and blow compressed air thru it. CAREFUL it'll throw flames!

heat up entire pipe or just the canister? and blow air through the way the exaust flows or reverse the air flow or doesnt it matter?
The cannister. I've allways blew thru the way the exhaust flows.

hey lt, could the canistr be heated up with a torch instead of charcoal???
I suppose if you can heat enough of it red hot, it'll work.
