I just bought a uni filter for my 300ex and I'm running the stock exhaust do I have to jet it?

No you should not have to jet it the UNI filter is amlost the same as stock. what you should be worring about is rear bearings and seals!!!

oh they just crack, pop and squeal like a dieing rabbit its no big deal!!!If I jet it then I'll have enough power to melt the bearings so they stop squealing!!LOL
