buster will help you take it out. hook his dog chain to the end of it and let him run.

only do this with a brass punch or else you risk breaking case its been done.

Spray a shot of PB Blaster in there about twice a day for a week or so, and be generous. I did this after mine was siezed up and after a little persuasion it came out just fine. But by the sense of urgency in your first post I'm guessing you don't have much time.

take it to a machine shop.

lay it on its side take the nut off and spray pen oil and let it soak for a while. on its side it takes all the weight of the bolt to. if you get it spinning it will come out.
