tougher trans gearing

does anyone know if i can buy stronger trans gears from anywhere? ive burnt third gear out twice and im sick of rebuilding it.any help would be great!

I tried to find tougher ones for mine two years ago. I think baldwin used to sell some when all the 400s were being used for race machines but they have since been discontinued. If you do happen to find some though, let me know. Are you replacing the mating gear every time?
