Dealer tuning carb?

I was wondering if honda dealers tune the carbs. I have a 400ex with kn filter and white bros exhaust. My friend say the y hook it up to a computer?? If yes what would the price range be?

I just ordered a jet kit and me and my buddy did it in an hour or so. The kit i ordered had great instructions.

My local dealership has a dyno and sniffer. $65 an hour for them to do it all or $35 for 3 runs on the dyno then go in the parking lot and change the jets yourself because they arent guaranteed to get it right in the 1st hour because its a stealership.
