up loading pictures

i want to post some pictures but dont know how i just need some instuctions on how to up load pictures on the computer and how to post them on here!if any body can help me it would be much appreciated, and also if someone coulld help me post videos as well! thanks

you can use that way with 1 photo at a time and resize them, or you can sign up to photobucket.com, and upload them to there, then copy the img code and paste it here, much easier, and the pictures are much bigger
