mostly depends on how much room you have. but make sure its easily lockable and not easy to break into.

15x20 would be nice. Thats what i want anyway. I think that would enough room for two quads a work bench and some room to play..:D

yeah thats what i was think a 15x20 but does anyone know where i can get a plan idea for this? or any pics of any of you who have a 15x20 or close to that ? i think since when we take the plow off teh foreman with its 28 Outlaws lift kit and kn filter, jet kit, billet mag wheels and ids 2 exhaust just parki it over the plow, like how it mounts we can just park over that i thinka 15x20 would work good

most lumber comes in 2' increments.........don't build a 15 x 20 anything, or you will have too much wasted lumber. Always build even numbers........16x20 or 24x24.......etc.

Building a shed is a easy task, well atleast for me since i been framing houses for over 2 years.

I recommend having a cermeant slab put down. I really think a slab is best. Then ya put 2x6 presure treated down all around. Then start framing. It isn't to hard once you get going. You really don't need any plans. Just make sure you put the crown towards the inside on the studs because walls are easier to push out then pull in.

i have a 16x20 shed. IMO it would be a good size. i dont use it for quads, instead it houses a tractor, 3 lawnmowers, a leaf vacuum, lots of tools, shovels, and some blowers. The loft is used to store all the pool filters, heater parts and whatnot. i think it would be a decent size and if you were working on something, you could always take one of the quads out to make more room temporarily. -- personally, i like keeping my quad in the garage (its heated) lol

I would say at the very smallest you want a 16'x16' shed. I like the 16'x20' better though. I would also suggest just making a slanted roof, instead of the triangle shaped roof. I would also build bars into the window sections of the shed, just for that extra bit of protection. Good luck

me, my bro and dad built a 16x16 foot shed with a garage but no windows we just put lights in. Right now we have 5 quads and 4 bikes in thier along iwth about 40 tires and lots of shelves full of quad and birtbike related junk. We use the garage for the projects and whatever wont fit in the shed. So 16x16 will probably work for you.

Go with 18'x24'. We could get a Chevelle and an S-10 in ours along with about 12' of cabinetry, a refridgerator, 2 welders, torches, drill press, 2 quads and a snowblower and a whole lot more stuff. Here's a pic...that's only about 12' of the 18' width and you can see there's plenty of room for crap:D

i dont know if anyone posted this yet but make sure you dont put your roof slanting down to your car garage door. if you get snow you will shoot yourself in the head while trying to get the 3ft of snow out of the way so you can get your car out.

yup make it a 1 slope roof and slope it to the back were the snow wont get in your way and for a shed id recomend a tin roof or whatever the metal roofs are is what we have at work and they are so nice all the snow just falls right off
