which snap ring?

I took out my axle to pc it and now that im putting it together im confused on which snap ring to use on the chain rotor side.. theres two snap rings one is fatter than the other.. can anyone help me fast?

i do have the chain rotor on with the the fatter snap ring on but im wondering if im wrong cause 1. the rotor has room to move left and right on axle because snap ring is placed about a 1/4" or less above the rotor

i put the rotor on (chain side) and im wondering which way the rotor should be facing (i.e nuts on rotor facing out or facing in towards carrier) and which snap ring/ circlip to put on

try to switch them or measure them and check on bike bandit for a measurement match. That is the best I can do for you since I have only taken one off at a time. I know the one for the rotor is a thick one that is about an 1/8" thick i guess. steve
