The wheels are ITP T-9 pro series...

My factory wheels have the thicker area around the lug mount and use a taper lug nut.

Can I use the Taper nut on the ITP wheels or will I need to get a washer/lock washer and flat nut to mount them?

Use the stock lugnuts, with the flat side toward the wheel. Also put a regular washer between the lug and the wheel. Whatever you do, don't put the tapered side toward the wheel. It will egg the hole out and ruin your wheel.

K.... Do I need a lock washer between the nut and washer?

i race with mine bolted on exactly how scro just told you to. the stock lugs are strong and light with alot of thread to hold on to the studs, they work great. get some stainless washers tho (just my preference)
