I have seen people do "stitches" with zip ties before but never at a mount, model car glue is meant for plastic, it almost welds it together if that makes since. So maybe a little of both, give it a try there is not much to lose for ya.

You can also try sanding the plastic around the crack to scuff it up and put some epoxy on it. It wont look pretty but if it's on the underside and you're just trying to fix the mount it might work.

Did the same thing to mine. ( Kinda rolled it ) lol . Mine cracked in half on a diagnal. I used a Permatex plastic epoxy. You do want to sand both pieces to get them scratched up good. You also want to sand a good size area around the bottom of the support, next use alcohol or something similar to clean the pieces to be glued. Glue the 2 pieces together & wipe off excess. Let that set up. Once it's set up resand & clean & aplly another layer of glue. I did this till it was all the way out to the 4 gussets & feathered it out on the fender. So far so good. If you know someone with a plastic welder that would be your best bet. Hope this helps. :macho
