back on topic, and a quad related oh crap moment is a nose dive. Even off a small jump its never a good feeling to be staring at the ground.

the machine catching a rut going about 40 is interesting after you start to see trees heading at you at the same speed once you get gathered again. steve

the feeling when your going way to fast and you can stop in time for the turn, i've done some berm jumping lol ****s scary in a car too just the other day I was being stupid and didnt realize my speed and how quick the turn was coming, i made the turn but screetching the tires the whole way around it fighting to keep it out of the grass.

at the local mx track. there is this one set of whoops!!! you come on a straight in 4th gear take the corner in 4th then down shift into third after the second whoop you shift into second. well i miss shifted and guess i hit the shifter down twice and found neutral. i nose dived and my bumper ate some whoops. :devil: i rode away unscathed. :D

thats how we do it out in the country in oregon in our jacked up trucks
