My cousin died today at 12:30pm of a heartattack. He was 18 years old. He was in a car accident Thursday Dec 26 and he hit his head causing swelling and he never recovered. It is a very somber new year for us. Just remeber while your riding in your car or on your quad for that matter that you can be gone in a blink of an eye no matter how young you are

I'm very sorry for your loss, but I have a question, Was he wearing a seat belt?

No he wasn't. Thats what makes it so bad. What killed em to begin with was when the roof of the truck hit the telephone ploe his head was right next to the roof. His head took as much impact as the roof of the truck did. If he had of had a seatbelt on he would have walked away with some scratches and thats all

I'm sorry to hear about your Cuz. I lost my brother a little over a year ago to Diabetes.....he was 36 years old. All I can say is.....the pain weakens as time passes, but it never goes away. Just always remember him and smile about the fun times you had together.....

I just hate it for his mom and stepdad. Now they have to tell his stepsister who is 5 and he was really close to that her brother wont be the today to wish her a Happy Birthday, She won't ever got to see him again. How do you tell a 5 year old well 6 today that she can't see or talk to her brother ever again. That her brother is never coming home. All she knew when he was in there was he had a boo boo and the doctors made him sleep so it would get better. Man i'd hate to be them right now cause a adult can understand more than a child. Also thanks for all the things ya'll have wrote. It helps. I am remebering all the good times and not what happened today or what will happen this weekend
