Will 07 a arms bolt up to 04 steering knuckle? The upper arm is shaped differently and the ball joint are smaller (threads)on the 07. The taper measures the same.

No they wont, as you said the ball joints are different. You can either..


a) Swap to 03-04 ball joints on the 07 arms

or

b) Swap to 05+ knuckles
