I just finished a complete rebuild on my 05 450r top and bottom end, here's the problem it run's great but after around 20 to 30 min's of constant riding it start's bogging out on mid-top rpm's kindof like it's getting to much fuel like the float is stuck on the carb and also my filter has a strong gas smell to it,and gas on it, i tore the carb down and cleaned everything up and put it back in and same problem again takes about 20-30 mins for it start this any ideals????

Sounds to me like it's time to start playing with your jetting.

I'm running the factory jetting what you think time with a jet kit and see how it goes from there i'm just curious why it would take so long to start acting up??

Doesn't sound like its over heating from jetting then.

Coolant level good in the radiator?
Is the fan coming on a lot?
