some tracks or events will let you down load waiver forms from they're website to be signed by parents ( & perhaps notarized) before the event...& of cioarse you may be required to join an association depending on the event or track

If your parents don't want you to race, don't.

If they do want you to race, they will sign the waiver for you.

Remember, your parents are responsible for you so if you get hurt, they gotta pay the bill.

i have done both the waiver and the riding pants thing, i recomend just telling the truth though because if you would get hurt you would be screwed.

Most tracks don't really care as long as you're giving them money.. I have been to several tracks at 18 years of age and never once showed anyone my license.

Oh yeah they care. If you get hurt you can sue and it would be their fault. they will not only get in trouble but will have to pay big time.

when I was racing cwira "iceracing" I would sign for my cousin when his mom couldnt make it to the races. I dont know what the rules are at other places, but if your parents are alright with you racing and If your with someone thats over 18 have them sign the waiver. Idk if this is the right way of doin it but its always worked for him.

most tracks require a notarized permission slip from parent/legalguardian, and still be accompanied by an adult. thats how all the ama tracks in michigan were anyways.

I ounce got in by handing them my cell phone with my dad connected haha.

But I wouldn't attempt that. (this was unorganized track with no release forms on the internet.)
