Can someone send me a picture of an ESR trx 9 pipe. I'd like to see one and if it is on your bike would you remove the rear plastic. I'd appreciate it.

In looking at the pipe where is the difference between the trx5 and trx9? I wanted to have a visual of the differences between the pipes.

I have been comparing the two by the pictures of your and ESR's website and I can't tell a difference. Do you know where the difference is?

I'm not really sure, maybe in the lenth of the cone. I think the "9" may be a little bigger. They say the "5" is a little bit more "smoother". I know my "9" hits, and it hits hard and I love it!!!

Call ESR, they are very helpful on the phone. I have a trx5,
and simply love it.

I called ESR and they explained that the Circumference of the pipe is not any difference but the length of the barrel. I couldn't see the a length difference in the pictures. Could I get some more pics of the trx 9 pipe and some of a trx 5 pipe? Thanks

This isn't a very good picture of what you want. It's all
I have now.

the only difference in ESRs pipes is the diameter of the barrel and where the buldge is located. all the "header" portions are the same on all the pipes.

I don't feel so bad now after seeing your pipe. Mine has turned blue just like yours, and even in the same location. Nice looking "R"!!

Also, what kind of heel guards are those? I'm thinking of getting some.

I don't know how to prevent the bluing. The heel guards are Tusk,
from RockyMountain. They were on the bike when I bought it. I
don't believe they are made for the 250R. The guy made them
fit, with some spacers and bending. They turned out nice.
