Just thought all you guys might like to know that Laeger's has been sold and frames will be available but you will have to buy them through the company. I'm sure they will still be very limited but it probably shouldn't matter as the demand will not likely be very high.

I can't give out prices or anything because I really don't know what they will charge. This is a new company from France that bought it.

If you can't find parts through autoparts stores for the pro-trax, all those replacement parts will be available as well.

Thanks for the info, good to know that parts and now frames will be available again!! Does this mean that the company is being moved to france or are they still going to be based in the good ol US of A??

Thanks,
Mike

As of now they are not available and the old guys tossed the jigs.

The only way to know would be to inquire. If there is enough orders, I'm sure it could be done.

Sounds like someone needs to send the new owners some old Laeger swingers so they can make a jig off of it!:D

I got an email back from them. You can email them and place an order. They will accept a credit card or wire transfer. They don't have a site in english.

How about we tell 'em we want to be the DISTRIBUTOR in North America.....then we can all get Frames & Pro-Trax front ends at Dealer cost ???

Are they going to MAKE the components in FRANCE ?

Or are they still made at LAEGERS and shipped over to them ?

no don't send them some emails.. if leager is placed in europe maby we ho live her for once can get part's cheeper then you in USa. haha

It sucks over her, if i buy things for lets say 500$ in usa, then pay around 100$ for the shiping, and then 30% extra in tax on 600$, it's still about 30-50% cheeper then buy them from a dealer her:(

Come on guys, do you really think they would move all operations over to Europe where they have to pay for wages and everything in Euro then sell the product to the largest consumer - USA in USD - losing on the Euro conversion.

Everything will likely be kept in California and I suspect someone wanted to come to the U.S. and is using the investment immigration option of some sort.

you can go to "google translate" and translate ANY foreign website, words, etc....from their language to yours.
