stage 1 hot cam with 440 big bore kit?

I have had a 11:1 compression wiseco piston and a stage 1 hot cam in my 03; 400ex. Last night I bought a 440 big bore kit with a 11.5:1 compression piston. Im wondering....will my stage 1 hot cam be a good choice for the 440 big bore kit? Any suggestions?

i think it would be alright but not the best. it will rev quick and have a ton of torque. i would do a stage 2 by preference but it would work. steve
