help with jetting

Allright guys. have a ride this weekend and i'm finally getting the bike together. now i need help starting with my jetting. For mods, its a 440, has a hot cam in it. pc t5 exhaust. K&N filter, no airbox. hi rev box and the carb is a keihin 39mm. let me know where i have to start with jetting, thanks!

If it is an FCR, I would start with a 52 or 54 pilot
