What is the bottom adjustment screw on the 450r shock for? Is it for rebound? How do you adjust the top one?

The bottom adjustment is rebound I believe. They should turn with a screwdriver. I think the are marked S and H. Towards the H stiffens them towards the S softens. If I remember correctly.

top screw is compression (how fast the shock is allowed to be compressed) and rebound witch is on the bottom ( just adjusts how fast the shock returns to its normal travel.)
