Tire size Question

Need some new rear tires on my 03 400ex.

The manual says 20 10-9. Can I use 20 11-10 on the stock wheels? Might have a good deal on lightly used rubber. Any implications if I did?

No, the last number in your equation there is the rim diameter. You can't put 10 inch tires on a 9 inch rim. You'll need new rims to fit those.
